When I think of elegance, I think of kindness, of wanting those around you to be comfortable, having good manners, grace and style. But the most important ingredient is kindness. I see a huge kindness in Anna. She really wants to help others. I have a feeling she has a quick wit and sense if humor as well. I just cant handle people who dont laugh. Anna has a gorgeous smile.

Brene Brown has talked about the whole concept of perfectionism and how we think being perfect will protect us from judgement and give us "permission" to judge other people. I found the way she talked about this to be so helpful! Ultimately, perfection doesn't exist, and we should just not judge, because it doesn't make us feel better, and we never really know what's going on in other people's hearts and minds.

I really needed this. Thank you, for posting this video. For two days I have been experiencing a little of anxiety because of tragic incident happened in my country. At the same time I watched a feminine channel and it's comment was full of low key toxic side of feminity. They were doing a breakdown video and I'm not going into details about the video content. But the women from that specific country were complementing themselves (as if they are the only beautiful and desirable women in the world) but at the same time they humiliate women from a another region (my region). They brag about this behavior and don't see it toxic. These men leave their women for them and they love pampering him. When I tried to fix the misunderstanding about us and the labelling was stereotyped and they shouldn't believe it. I asked them politely to stop spreading those slanders. I got some dislike. Do you consider this behavior toxic? And how would handle it if you were in my place?

Elegance starts with your virtues, and if you don’t know what I mean you have to educate yourself.

Anna : « imagine a world where everybody look the same » .That place already exists and it’s called Instagram.

I started my journey into elegance when I felt the most insecure about myself. Anna brings up this very important thesis - ultimately, the journey to elegance is also about self development. Once I started raising my self esteem, the urge to please people and be likeable gradually disappeared. I don’t do everything by the books, and there are definitely many women out there who are much more elegant than me, but as I started using elegance as a tool of self expression, my confidence got higher and I’m (still in a process of) developing my own unique style.
