If you don’t shower daily you can sponge bath , change panties twice a day , again in evening w a quick wash. Only wear pants once . Bad breath is just bad! Men and women. And it's such a quick fix! Same with body odor. Jeez, just shower regularly and apply some deodorants! Shower twice a day when you live in a warm climate or eat spicy foods.

Very good advice on the importance of a person's breath. Bad breath is pretty much an unforgivable sin when you're making a first impression. It will absolutely ruin you with someone. Being a long haul trucker means no access to running water sometimes, but it does not mean my breath can't be elegant, and so that will not stop me from brushing. If I'm traveling alot, I keep some bottled water and clove buds on hand for brushing teeth and treating breath. I have tried expensive, and non expensive remedies for breath, and my husband says that clove bud works the best. Since I really can't smell my own breath, I will have to take his word for it LOL. I eat. I brush. I chew and swallow 1 clove bud after brushing. I wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything to allow benefits of clove bud to seep into my teeth and gums. I limit cloves to 3 per day because they are very strong natural medicine and can become toxic if overconsumed. No, clove buds don't taste good, and they give a burning sensation, but they work wonders for the biome in the mouth. After the clove bud, i have some non sugary drink like mineral water or some other fizzy, non sugary drink, to cleanse the pallet. Good breath is so important. Even if someone is more than an arm's length away from me, I can sometimes still smell their breath, and I feel like they can probably smell mine. I'm 52 years old, and I still have all of my own teeth. I have followed my mother's advice regarding oral hygiene. Has worked well so far. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief. LOL.

Brand names are like Chlorofresh. Take 2 - 3 ounces on the first day, decrease from there, eventually you can take a teaspoon a day and have almost no body odor.
