Best hips in show business!!
What is the location of your video ? Looks beautiful
If you are a beginner; put on your heels and go grocery shopping. Grab a cart and walk around. The cart helps you with your balance.
Okay, only thing is I have no idea where to look while walking. Do I just look dead ahead, or look people I meet on the way in the eye, or look around at the scenery?
I have never intentionally focused on my walk but I have always heard two things :I walk like a model and I walk elegantly. I think it is the long neck, lol. I avoid bunching my back and keeping my neck straight, shoulders straight with head up, I guess that gives the appearance of elegance and a model effect.
Omg my biggest dilemma is trying to take smaller steps and be gentle with my steps... 🤦🏻♀️
Love you Anna your such a wonderful leader for us lady's that need that boost of confidence 💯🌹
Why is it so important for women to attract attention from men when they enter a room? The attention they will receive is the wrong type of attention but such a woman doesn't care for the simple reason that she has issues with her self-esteem. No woman should seek validation/attention from a man by walking with a confident gait. She should be naturally confident and carry herself well for herself, her self-respect and her dignity.
I've been practicing good posture especially at the grocery store. I can't begin to tell you the difference. Eye tend to turn my way and I'm treated with more respect especially by customer service! I love it!
I am disabled in my legs so I don't find my walk particularly elegant. It would be nice to be elegant and disabled. And not just memorable and get puzzled eyes on you because. .. well... You are different. 🤷♀️
I wish I could take my shoulders away they are always my problem too strong and masculine but my legs and feet are hips are I love this one thanks sooooo much
I loved this Anna! And can I ask which heels you're wearing? They're beautiful
I always walk like this, without making an effort or thinking about it))🤷♀️ So it's in my nature I guess 👍😁
Loved this! 💫👌
Anna what about us that CAN NOT wear heels at all because of a back/feet issue ? Would you please do a video wearing flats just to show us.
Thank you Ana I keep forgeting about importance of posture. So this year I'll be practising to keep elegant posture all the time❤. Let it be small step forward 😊
Just be your zelf then you wil be confidence, i think you dont need to learn from other how you walk, if you confident op yourzelf then you walk is automatisch confidence.
It's easy to get stuck with a fine heel between the planks of a wooden pier...
Where is this dress from? I want it in every color!
This was so helpful, thankyou so much once again!
I love high heels, but on uneven ground I'm always concerned because I have weak ankles and had a patella dislocation several times (not in that situation but that would be the worst). On uneven ground I use my husband's arm as a safety measure in case I should trip. He learned to adapt to my pace. ^^
Anna! You look stunning here. Can I ask where you got your dress from? Xo love from Australia!
I feel so special when she says my dear elegant ladies. Thank you dear!
💜💜💜💜💜
💖..
Your walk is so beautiful
Would LOOVE a collab with you, Jamila Musayeva, and Emma Dupont! Pleeeeease!
I love walking elegantly. Don't care what others may say. Wherever I go, always treat it as my catwalk. 😍
hi there~, thanks for the sharing. keep it up. hope our channel can grow together.
My grandma used to make us practice walking while carrying a book on our head. She also used to tell us, When you walk alone, your facial expression and body language should say " I have a secret"! We were teenagers and hated that. Now, many years later, I appreciate it. I wish she was alive to watch this video.
Love you, Anna! Keep doing what you're doing & guiding your dear elegant ladies! XO
Female athletes should be watching all of Anna's videos. They are so manly and so out of touch with their feminine energy. I workout with weights and I am guilty of staying in that " agressive" mode for sometime. Thank you Anna💜💖
Yes confidence is the key.💯
🔥☄️💥☄️💥 Loved the to-the-pointness
Meanwhile the kardashians and cardiB
This is very true posture and walk do make a HUGE difference ladies, like ever since I was a kid I had confidence and all, I was raised in Saudi Arabia and etiquette classes were a VERY important thing in my school, I did sit back right and had great table manners but I always made the books fall off my head when we had to practice walking like a little lady and eventually my teachers just gave up on me in that area lmao, I was raised with boys my whole life so I was kind of tomboyish and didn't care much about it, fast forward to college days when we were back in my country (I'm from Sudan), my posture and the way I walk was akin to how a soldier walks, they used to make fun of me saluting me every time I pass by, ofcourse me being miss confidence and all it didn't effect my self esteem, but when I started dating (I was a late bloomer my first date ever was when I was like 20 lol) I noticed that guys do think I'm a cute girl but they never thought of me as a woman or a lady, I always attracted childish immature guys, actually manly gentleman used to stay away from me stating and I quote: "she's cute but, No, she needs a few years to grow up a bit before I actually date her, that's not a grown young woman there", so I decided that I will become a proper lady who will be taken seriously, I practiced walking like a model, very feminine, classy, elegant, and confident, and it actually worked, every time I walk in somewhere all eyes are on me, from actual gentlemen and I can see other ladies applauding the percieved attitude that I had in my walk and how I carried myself, it's been awesome ever since then, my options of eligible gentlemen are limitless, always remember likes attract likes, good manners attract good manners ❤️
I'd say another important aspect is having shoes that properly fit. Not only does it look more elegant, but if a person has shoes that do not fit well, whether it causes discomfort, there is concern the shoe may come off, etc. then most people would be putting a good deal of focus on that, which can result in their walk being more awkward opposed to elegant & effortless.
This is called perfection in motion!!
First Lady, Melanie Trump is elegant and puts one foot in front of the other. She was a trained model.
Great video. I'd like to also add the top two tips i got about the elegant walk: 1- Imagine your shoulders being pulled back along with your head with a string attacked to a balloon that pulls you up and almost lifts you, hence there's less weight on your feel so they can slide smoothly while maintaining a good posture. The best walk is when you look like you're elegantly floating through air so this really helps. 2- While walking, keep you legs as straight as possible. Of course they'll naturally bend a little when you walk, but in your mind try to keep of the knee areas from bending to maintain straight legs. This makes a BIG difference
I wish walking in heels was my only concern. . .had to trade mine in for flat shoes with either one sometimes two old lady walking canes, or a rollater (rolling walker) depending on the day and the difficulty i have with mobility. My sexy walk has turned into a slow-motion waddle with legs & feet that have a mind of their own. I admire those can still wear heels.
People make fun of me as I walk like a model normally.🙂 I don't know what to do.

Ignore them The majority of those who coment are just insecure... for real... I know what you say cuz I have the same problem :))) What really helped me is imagining that i'm Hailey Baldwin (several times, and most of all, when i start feeling insecure) I don't think she would be insecure about her walk ❤
I taught myself how to walk in heels in HS because I hated how short I was. It's one of those skills I didn't think I'd keep but it has served me well in adulthood.
I don't know where to put my hands while walking.
I noticed exercising and lifting weights helps with walking. You have the thigh and leg muscles to support you.
My ballet teacher always said to imagine a string pulling you up by the head, visualizing that really helps with the posture
How can i walk like that with my heavy bag ?
Woo 796 k subscriber ,,,, 🥂🥂🥂 Can't wait to see,,,, Million/S
When I was younger (like 12) I practiced down the hallway at home on wood floors with a book on my head 😂 but it really did work. My posture was constantly corrected.
Thank you so much! After 25 years I can now walk in heels after applying your tips in this video! 👠👠👠❤️❤️
I'm here so i can marry rich ;)
Your video is beautiful, an i wish i was a woman lol.,on the point of achieving the perfect hip swing, a tip from Marilyn munroe was to remove a quarter of inch of one heel ,the unevenness gave a perfect swagger .
I am so glad that you have crossed my path. It was very random, but a nice surprise.
Posing classes worked well. I have a very strong core and back, so posture comes easy. Strong ankles also help a lot walking in heels.
I actually find it easier to walk elegantly with heels. And it's other shoes, especially flats, that I have a problem with 😑😅
You know what Anna "You are a blessing to me " .You taught me about Self Love . In south Asia ,Women are not taught about self love much,Self value, etc. You changed my life completely ! I AM GRATEFUL TO YOU.🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚🦚
i work at a coffee shop and my coworkers say i walk like a runway model😂 no matter where you go! dont forget to walk very feminine
Thank you.
Anna! Everytime I watch your content I feel emotionally elevated and more elegant! Loved these tips. Posture is SO important
Omg I needed this video for such a long time!! ❤️❤️❤️
Even my doctor told me to do this posture! It also helps shoulder pain.
5:15 Three tips!
Would love to watch a video on selecting colours combinations on clothing
Hi Anna, I would like you yo talk if for a lady is necessary to have social media and what should she post! You're an inspiration💓
Ana!! Could you please make a video on what kind of of careers an elegant lady can go in for !! I’m currently separated and want to get married again.. will a 9-5 job in a bank help me fetch a good high class match? Or becoming a yoga teacher!! Pls guide and make a video on it !
I love this!!! You always have amazing tips!!! Thank You! 💚💫I always apply your tips and it has never let me down. I alway remember when I do these things I always remember you!! I always feel so well when applying...Love your channel.
Only im the one who finds it really painful to walk with straight back and follow good posture😣😣😢 always like a hen but whenever i get reminded i just start doing it often
I am not allowed to wear heals my doctor says it can damage my bone deformity even worse. Soooooo girl .... lol some stuff I guess I have to make use of what I got.
Fashion models need to fake the female Q angle to appear feminine because they weren't born with it, if you know what i mean. Elegant real women do not cross one foot in front of the other when walking. If you want to see who are the most elegant female walkers, watch Nigerian women walk while balancing pots on their heads. Now that's real elegance. My primary school teacher in Ireland told my class about these Nigerian women back in the early 70's. I never forgot it.
Loved it! Actually I love every video. Thanks!! 💚
Great topic for all to master ☺️
Do you have any haute couture dress i wondered
Please make a video on how to handle toxic people elegantly. We can be elegant but it's not necessary that the people around us are also elegant.I think it will be a great video. What say elegant ladies?
The first thing I get complimented on is my walk! 💗
As an equestrian, I naturally have a very good posture... I've been practising dressage riding since I was 5 (I'm now 22) plus my mum always reminded me not to slouch when I'm sitting at a table!
Amazing !!!!🤩🤩🤩 how can we get this to Gen Z??!!!!
Great video Anna! Thank you for sharing. This is something so simple, yet is a huge game changer!
Can you make a video on appropriate bras that make the exterior look expensive and also about bra shopping!
As former ballet dancer, posture can be learned and does become muscle memory. I have not stepped up a dance bar in ten years but my dancer posture is still there so don't give up you can do it!
Wow I think I need refining in my walk. Thank you for being so thorough!💃🏽😊it’s like I’ve stumbled into how to and learning baby steps in being a women a refined one. So much to think about in my walk.
Hey Anna! Could you do a video about hitting the scary age? I am 28 and single and everyone around me is married and getting kids and I am afraid I‘m not going to find someone else because most men prefer younger women
You are out here saving lives! Great tips
Amazing 🌸🧿
can you please do a series on confidence and how to build it?
Go for modelling classes. You can learn catwalk and walk gracefully.
During these times where our face is half covered, posture is what makes one stand out - good or bad. Thank you for mentioning the chin-up part. The way we carry our heads is very important. After all, the smart phone neck isn’t all that elegant let alone attractive.
Can you talk about the difference between self-confidence and arrogance?
I'm so shy and can get nervous in a room of new faces. Thank you for these tips ❤️
You're single-handedly saving the millennial and gen z generation from being classless. Thank you for the work you do!
Hi another anna 🙋🏻♀️
When I’m in heels my main concern is not falling. Tripped once while wearing heels and broke my ankle.

Try keeping your ankles pressing in. Most women fall because their weight rolls to the outside of their foot.
Thumbs up dear 😘😘😘
Not me pulling out my only pair of heels to follow along😂

Love you and your helpful stuff ❤ 😘
Thank you amazing❤❤
Imagining a line on the ground and aligning your feet is so important! You start to see everyones "duck feet" toes pointing outward and hitting the heel hard to the ground first. *Clonk, clonk, flap, flap. Strong soldier walk is with feet parallel to the line/no hip-roll. Directly on the line front of foot hitting first with smooth gazell knee movement and a slight feminine hip-Roll is ladylike and criss crossing over the line too much with too much hip swing, low back over arched to push bootie out and a metronome-head-bob is hoochie. Ease, grace, power and toes forward! ❤
Anna, thank you so much for teaching us being elegant and classy. I've changed a lot in my life and wardrobe.😊 I'm about to become a diplomat, I need your help to understand the right way to dress up diplomatically. Please do make a video on this. Thank you for your time.
Much love from south Africa... thanks for the teaching
I always walk fast, always in a rush 😄
