About therapy - there's an abundance of great psychology and self improvement videos on GRglo if you can't afford therapy. If you can't afford something, gather the information for free by becoming good at doing research. Also, seek out free support groups, there's surprisingly many of those especially on Facebook. These have helped me a lot in the past.

I found that when I learned boundaries it seemed that one man after another left with no end in sight. And many of my friends said the same. I think it only works if you're sending out a full high-value package, otherwise, they just go. So I don't that one works by itself.

theres actually a study on dating equality on tinder. they found that (in terms of attrativeness and success) the top 80% of women were competing for the top 20% of men. they found that the bottom 80% of men were competing for the bottom 20% of women. I'll give you that this was only one study in the states, you can google it im sure you'll find it. im not saying that this one study is representative of what its like as a man dating but im hoping it gives you some insight and some perspective. so like when you're implying that men have so many options because of social media and tinder.. its actually far from the truth. women are the ones with options.. women are f**king bombarded with options. so im going to assume when you say men have so many options.. you're refering to the 10-20%.. think about this.. really think about this on the flip.. a large majority of men have to settle.. they have to settle for girls like you.. just to be completely blunt.. girls who are hot-ish.. but not that hot. but whos entitlement is f**king thru the roof. and why?? because they have way more options than they actually deserve. and then to act like men are the ones with the options the audacity.. hhaha

I hav noted u posted up a peace on casuil wear for rownd thr home relaxing and runing. The odd errand yeas. I would love to see a vidio on this subject. Plus it’s defacult in Scotland takeing bad wether snow cold frost in concideraron when dressing. U can’t wear lovely big dresses or thin clothes u must olwes sty warm at all times. Posts on. Trousers jackets coats hats scarves cloves jumpers be good. We never get the wether in Scotland. For light clothes exept a few month in sommer hare and every time we leev the house.
