Please make more videos like this one, it was so much fun and so interesting to see how you decide what will look good or not =)
Never shopped in Zara .... Don't particularly go into High Street stores except LK Bennett, Jaeger, Jigsaw. Have bought a couple of items online from Sandro. And Moda do have some super leather driving moccasins. I prefer some small independent boutiques. And yes, I too have found some lovely Eastern European dresses which are well made and feminine (even my little doggie girl has her favourite Ukranian designer!)
Loved thus one!
I'd love a video about looking elegant but casual (I saw the home wear video, but that's a bit too casual for what I'm thinking). Maybe it's just me, but slacks don't seem casual, and a lot of the clothes pointed out in this video as elegant look like clothes one would wear, not to target or any other just random place haha. Like are jeans ok? What cut? Are sweatshirts a no-go? Things like that.
I have seen your Zara trip a couple of times now, so I definitely think a few more shopping trips would be really nice...but oops the pandemic has us quarantined no wonder I am restless to see more. Have you thought about doing a private viewing?
More videos like this please!!
Extremely insightful guidance that’s goin to come in handy the next time I shop. Sending you lots of Love ❤️
Zara must be cringing lol
Where I am from the people are not really focusing on the expensive look but more on the label. And to be honest my miney would go to waist if I would spent it on looking expensive because there are no places to go I mean where you can stand out by your style. I think that I would put this in to action when going on vacation😊. I do like tour videos thou and tips.
i love this type of video
Yes pls more shopping tips
Yes, please do more more videos. You don't have to spend your money just try on the clothes and model for us. I learning a lot allready.
I WISH ,I would have find this channel before.. great video ..!!!
I bought the same jacket in the sale for €13 😋
I love houndstooth. It gives a very elegant look if done right.
Like your way to make it. Thanks
Thankyou for educating us😊..my mom's taste would be a bit similar to yours too
I totally get her. It is not even the matter of fact whether the Zara is expensive for some of us or not. It's about that if you want to invest your money in something, do it well. Think well the item you buy, if it's worth the money you spend, no matter if it is £10, £100 or £1000
What else did you buy at Zara???
I was surprised to see you mention the puffy jacket as classy; although I love puffy jackets either way! But I loved this video and actually learned a lot!
I look expensive in thrifted items. Everywhere I go, i have at least one person tell me how much they love my look.
I love the way you react 😜 on clothes, that you're not wearing.. your one of those such classy fashioned lady... Lve u
The nice jacket with the cheap buttons I have purchased. I went to a fabric and notions store. I found better buttons. I match the dimensions of the buttons so the slide and stay in the button holds. I could have sewed them by hand, and they would be Okay. I chose to have the buttons sewed on by a tailor and the buttons will last much longer sewed by machine. So I got a great by on a jacket that had cheap buttons and made it so much more elegant, not flashy, just tasteful.
hahaha i liked a lot that you just purchased the jacket:D:D
This is such helpful walk through. It helps to walk through a store and see the things Anna zeros in on style wise. Thank you!
How about ukay ukay?
How sad is this : she went through the whole shop and only found one jacket.... that's why I haven't been shopping at Zara since I was in high school . Nothing fits well or breaks after 3 times of wearing it.
Selling wear to a females , such a great idea
i absolutely love this! can you please do more of these types of videos ? (i know it harder to shop now with everything going on maybe some online shopping tips?)
excellent video. Thank you Anna.
Where would some other mid-range stores be for quality capsule pieces? Macy’s? Jc Penny? Express? Guess? Lol for someone who usually shops at TJ max and forever 21, where does one go?
Most helpful video! Thank you!!
Great video do another one love it
What about going to the H&M store and do the same.
Oh which country you are from ?!
She said no to the dresses I like most lol...But enjoyed watching
Not gonna lie Zara is expensive for me lol
Nice video.. want to see more 💕
Hi? You have videos for elegant watch to buy?
please do more videos like this and for some US based stores..like madewell etc
I adore vídeos like this! I like shopping when I travel and it would be nice if you could recommend good stores
Don’t forget that buttons can be replaced with something better.
I love it! I go to H & M once in a while and find those hit and misses too.
I LOVE the concept of this video!!
I'd rather buy at Ross it's much more affordable and you can also find elegant stuffs, it's how you wear it and the one wearing it, I am not into expensive stuffs though
Omg zara is very expensive!
More videos like this one
Zara is expensive
You should do H&M next! I feel like there is a lot of mock pieces at H&M
Yes please. Please take us on more shopping trips to find quality pieces at all sorts of price ranges.
On the brown jacket, what type of buttons should there be?
I would love a video of you shopping in massimo dutti!
Tailoring makes clothes even better for your particular body. Buttons are easily replaced. If you don't know how to replace buttons yourself, you could have a tailor do it. But, don't let a tailor working in a dry cleaner replace your buttons with more cheap buttons! Get new buttons yourself. Really good buttons are not cheap but they can elevate something like that camel Zara jacket.
Woahh. I think Short sleeve top is way better than wearing t shirt for casual look. Thanks for this video!
"Is this from cheap dot com?" lol
Zara, when it started in Spain, 90% of the clothes were made in Mexico. I bought sweater and when I hand-washed it, it looked awful as in awful. I like this video today. Very sensible advice Thank you!
I loved this! More please 😊 Pointing out flaws and fabric combinations was very helpful.
Look expensive in Zara? Zara is luxury for me right now😂😂😂
I like this and I needs lots of work lol
I’m Muslim and have to wear loose clothes. Can you please consider making a video to dress a Muslim woman? Haha we wear scarves of course but we definitely love fashion because we don’t show our hair and “make up for it” with falling in love with fashion. Well I’m speaking for some of us. Thank you for doing this video. Loved it.
Hello Elegant Anna! The jacket you purchased looks tailor-made for you, it appears far more expensive because of the way it fits your frame and compliments your hair color & skin tone. You have a great eye for choosing what fits your body type and attention to detail (cheap buttons, fabric composition, likely to wrinkle, etc.) and I'm hoping you might do an in-depth video dedicated entirely to that subject... for example, turning pant legs inside out to check seams for quality of construction... lower-cost fabrics that mimic better fabrics and why... zippers and hardware... upgrading buttons... and most important, the cut of a garment and why tailoring can often save the day. This guidance will arm your elegant ladies with the tools to make better choices, until they are ready to replace pieces with mid-range or high-end garments which of course is the goal if/when the budget allows. Please do consider this suggestion. As always, fabulous video Anna! Much love from NYC... 👛 xx
Love this video!
Need tips for Apple shape bodies, please.
Isn’t she wearing a long sleeve shirt? I thought she hates shirts? Too casual?
Make more videos like that please !
I am agree with her. I am not rich but her pin about button and material and structure of cloths are true. We can find non branded fashion with that quality in inexpensive price.
Please do another one of these videos for Zara!!
I would never purchase anything from Zara because they abuse children. Few years ago I read something about Zara when Melania Trump went to see some orphan children and wore jacket, with the inscription "I don't really care", from Zara. There were all kinds of things about Zara abusing children, pedophilia, etc.! So I recommend staying away from Zara.
Go to a thrift store
Which stores are considered mid range?
This jacket is great...but when you put it on you give it that expensive look..good job Anna
That jacket and color looks great on you!
Occasionally, when I find a nice garment but the buttons fail it I change the buttons to a nicer set.
I would be curious to seen an Amazon shopping trip. I know so many people are obsessed with shopping on amazon.
I enjoyed this video so much! I laughed out loud a few times. The coat looks very nice and comfortable.
Anna, can you please do a video on elegant jewellery?
love u post more
Thank you, that was useful ! We need a similar one for shoe shopping please. BTW I love your metallic ones
I'd like to see you do a video like this at Ann Taylor.
Yes more videos like this please ❤️
I like the color beige so much but my dad thinks that it's a color for older people 😞😞
Why you want look expensive, you want to show off in front of poor people, how dear you, how about some people they don't even have money to buy cheap clothes, sham on you, you make people disappointed to waste their money and time on clothes, I hate you
There isn’t even a Zara in my country.
Hi Anna: This is a nice looking jacket, however, it's a little too tight on you. You should be able to put a sweater underneath if it's really cold out. Also, the sleeves are far too short, a proper fitting jacket should have the sleeves coming to the big knuckle joint of your thumb and not up past your wrist bone. Otherwise, the color is nice on you. I'd like to see you do some more of these shopping videos on purchasing a moderately priced camel winter coat. Thank you!!!!
sooo helpful, please do more!
New here and I love this classy lady
You're more of Californian than Parisian Style (about the T shirt for instance..).Ex: Carla Bruni wears them yet she is born rich, elegant and beautiful : Parisian Style = less is more !
I liked your video but I also like to have fun with fashion. Trinny Woodall shops in Zara all the time and she chooses colours and prints and makes them look expensive and chic.
Please please do. more of these! Real life examples like these really help us shop better! I actually took a screenshot of so many things! TYSM!
have you heard of primark before?
Hey Anna, love your videos as always. I have a question. The short sleeve top that looked on camera like a Tshirt. What is the difference? Is it just the material? Also loved the jacket on you. ❤
Please do more videos like this...it is one of my favourite s
Oh how I would love to go clothes shopping with you
Love this video 💗
ZARA should watch this👀
I can't afford Zara, but these are very good tips that we can use in any stores 😊 (it may be harder though)
I know this video is a few months old, and this is a little off topic, but that Chanel Bag is fantastic! Gorgeous! @ 9:36
Zara is expensive for me😭
Nice thx
love this video, this is more of what I feel you should be doing for us. I took a lot from this video.
