Sugar is not bad for you, but it depends on what kind of sugar you consume. Eating an orange or an apple is not the same as eating cake...

So true. I also became intuative eater...I the past I was obssesed with calories and was emotional eater. Now I eat when I am hungry..and eat what my body craves for. I really like your advices! Thank you Anna for the very nice tips you share in this video. However, I would like to clarify one important point. There is vegan people who do this as a diet. For me these are not vegan but they follow a "plant base diet". Real vegan people do not do this for diet or loose weight. I am only vegan for the animals. I am an activist against animal cruelty and I will start to teach a course at the university about "animal agriculture" next year. I am quite exciting.

This actually works! I’ve put on weight due to some medications I’ve been taking, and i lost about 3kg in a month. What I’d usually do is wake up in the morning around 4-5 and take a walk for about 1 hour and I’d comeback and drink some apple cider vinegar with water and that’s how I start my day. I also been doing intermittent fasting so i wouldn’t eat until 1-2 and my last meal would be around 6. I workout regularly and try my best to avoid junk food and emotional eating. I know this may seem hard at first but it does work and improve your overall health
I noticed you changed the way you look. I think it is your make up. You changed how you do your eye makeup. Is that so? Can you please elaborate on it? it did change your whole face actually.

I love this video. I've always believed that true classy women don't do unhealthy diets...they just watch their portions, eat real food, and cope with their emotions in healthy ways. Most of all, the classy women I know avoid talking about dieting. If someone asks, "what did you do to lose the weight?", the classy women keeps it short & general, so as not to appear vain or struggling with weight of all the time. She will say, "oh, I just cut out treats and ate fruit for snacks". She will then change the subject to something else.

I like this concept ... I have a tablespoon of Nutella every night.. and I love it! I do have about 8kg covid kilos to lose ... I am training... but I’m eating what I love ... 🤷🏼♀️ Let’s just relax .. and do our best , and stay physically and mentally healthy !

The food phases , I have the same thing . I had this "anti salmon" for a while too like over a year. Me and my husband used to eat it multiple times a weeks before that. Now im coming out of it and craving it again 😂👌

fasting is extremely healthy when you listen to your body - fasting allows your body to get rid of dead cells and regenerate new ones because there is enough freed up energy to complete those tasks from not having to digest food

4 months ago when you posted this video I was 190lbs, 5 feet tall. Today October, I have lost 37lbs!!! I’m now 153lbs! I lost the weight intermittent fasting! My goal weight is 110lbs. I will get there!!! I am determined! I also jog/walk everyday 3-5 miles.

That is funny about your phases. I had a phase of being in the power of a samosa that was made next to where I worked. Every day I thought: Hmm, I’d really like a samosa, as if it was a new idea! This went on and on and I was getting anxious, please how Am I going to get out of this??(I was getting spots). And suddenly,, I got a stale samosa! Phew, that was the end of the Samosa’s power.

I am in the same journey:) I started intermittent fasting, I love it because it gives me structure suitable to my mindset about food ex: I love bunches/breakfasts so my window is set to accommodate that. I find my self eating all what I want , do diet, but eating less! I am also occasionally doing peices of intuitive eating here and there...I just love the idea of being free/ no diet! I lost 8lbs in three weeks! I feel great and it is now my life style not a DIET 💃👙

This video really inspired me to try intermittent fasting again. I've given it a go in the past, but never done it long term, made it a part of my daily life. I've also lost weight during quarantine months and I want to find a long term solution to keep my physique looking the way it is now. I have a very good self-discipline, so controlling my food intake has been fairly easy for me, although I think having some extra rules on top of that such as an eating window will not only help me to control my weight but make me feel better. I live in Phoenix Az, I am 62 years old and a Hispanic woman. After being unemployed and because of my age I kept locked up in the house, I started to eat, eat and eat, Mexican food is incredibly rich but also, I started making more international recipes, those all went to my body and unfortunately even though I live in an area where I can walk alone, the weather is almost hell, every day is above 110F. But two days ago I said this is not possible, my clothes do not fit me and I am not going to buy more, so, I am here, watching motivational channels not to think about eating. I went up like 30 pounds so I hope for December to drop them.

I ❤ this advice! Not extreme diet . No counting calories, no reducing sugar, no obsessive exercise. All are done in a moderate way. As long as you are healthy ❤❤
emotional eating is an eating disorder. attaching your comfort to food is unhealthy, just like any other vice - it's just more acceptable in american society.

I don't know why but if I'm upset by someone or something I suddenly stop eating and this can continue for up to 2 weeks, I have to force myself to eat and it's really difficult, being a small eater makes it worse.
Is it possible to be muscular (bulky muscle, not dainty) and still be classy? A lot of the clothes don’t fit that I would define as classy. :/ Would you consider mentality to be enough?
12-18 is too restrictive in the long term in my opinion. But to each their own I guess
